Crossroads to Brain Injury Recovery is pleased to announce the opening of its first satellite office located on the Woodrow Wilson Rehab Center campus in Fishersville. Crossroads opened a small office in the Brain Injury Services Unit at Woodrow Wilson in October in order to better serve individuals who reside in the Augusta County area. A number of Crossroads’ clients attend programs or receive services through Woodrow Wilson Rehab Center making that an ideal location for another office.
